Adityavikram Gupta is a producer and executive producer based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. He predominantly works in the English and Hindi language movies and mostly produces short films. He started his career as an executive producer for a short film called Stealing Suburbia in 2010. It was about a juvenile delinquent Malcolm Thomas-Moore who was obsessed with flight since his childhood and tries to steal private airplanes to learn how to fly them. At the same time, he later becomes a local grassroots level hero before his 18th birthday.

It was directed by David Ethan Shapiro, and starring Kyle Kirkpatrick, Chloe Dworkin, Todd Alan Little, Morgan Christopher Cohen, Seana Cleary, and Severyn Banes, among others. Since then, he has been producing various short movies. His other movie was Corrode, a short film released in 2011, which also won the Asia New Talent Award at the Shanghai International Film Festival and Best Feature Film Award at the Los Angeles Indian Film Festival. Gupta again got to work with the director David Ethan Shapiro in a 2012 released short film called Bat Mitzvah Confidential which tells the story of a young Jewish girl, who wishes to win Bat Mitzvah Confidential, while facing the difficulties associated with being a member of an organized crime family in New York.

In 2014, Aditya produced another short film called The Final Illusion with the director Ryan Hamelin, starring Kate Finch and Max McGuire as the main leads. It was about the last sold-out performance of a globally famous magician named ‘Phineas the Magnificent.’ His daughter was Sarah, who hadn’t seen her father in almost 20 years, goes to the theatre to inform him about something important. This new information completely changes the relationship that they once used to share. The movie revolves around the question of whether such a long gap has caused too much of a strain, or is there still hope for reconciliation between a celebrated illusionist and his daughter.
