He was in the miscellaneous crew in movies like Renegades which hit the big screens in the year 2017, He was also a part of the Indian Hindi film Fan which hit the theatres in the year 2016, The Odyssey in the year 2016 and he also appeared in the show named Ocean Treks with Jeff Corwin which is a reality TV series which first came in the year 2016. Tomislav Tepsic was a student of ACMT College from the year of 2008 till the year 2010.

He then joined the University of VERN for a bachelor's degree in tourism from the year 2010 to the year 2013. Tomislav Tepsic first started working as an assistant location manager at Embassy Films Croatia from the August of the year 2013 up to October of the year 2013. This job was in Dubrovnik in Split. After this, Tomislav Tepsic joined as a receptionist at Hotel Excelsior which is located at Dubrovnik in May of the year 2014 to July of the year 2014. He then got into the business of event management at Skybar Dubrovnik from March of 2014 for six months. In Embassy Films Croatia, Tomislav Tepsic was a Unit Base Manager – DIG from August to September of the year 2014, and then he became the Assistant Location Manager from September to October of the same year.

During this time, Tomislav Tepsic worked on the epic English TV show Games of Thrones in its fourth season. He then became the Unit Base Manager in the same company from January 2015 to March 2015 at Split in Sîbenik, Istra. Tomislav Tepsic later joined as an Assistant Location Manager at Formula Films Company from March 2015 for two months. In May 2015, he became the Unit Manager of Embassy Films Croatia and was involved in the TV commercial of the series Game of Thrones. When Tomislav Tepsic was an assistant location manager at Red Productions in 2015, he worked on the project Naijwa Karam Videospot, and when he was the Assistant Transport Manager at Pakt Films, he was involved in the movie named The Renegades. He has also worked in MP Film Production, BAKOM, Nucleus Film Production, and some more companies.
