Amrita Prakash is Indian Model and Actress. She has done few Malayali movies and Hindi movies. She was seen on television since her childhood. Though she is not popularly known on the big screen, she has made an appeal on small screen. Amrita Prakash says she is enjoying working on the small screen as it is very interesting and the quality of stories has been up to the mark. She will also be seen as a girl falling in love with the Pakistani boy in a serial named ‘Yeh Hai Aashiqui’. She had acted in Vivah as Amrita Roa’s sister it is said to be her best role played until date. She has done seven movies so far which include Tum Bin, Koi Mere Dil Mein Hain, Manjupoloru Penkutti, Vivah, Ek Vivah Aisa Bhi, We are family, Na Jaane Kabse. Apart from movies she has also participated in 21 Serial and TV shows. She had been appeared in CID, Gumrah season 2. She was nominated for the best actress category for her outstanding performance in Manjupoloru Penkutty. She was also nominated for the stardust award for the supporting actress role in a blockbuster movie Vivah where she played a role of “Chotti”.
