Arzoo has been modelling for two and half years, after that she acted in a Malayalam movie Kakakayull, directed by Priyadarshan with Mohanlal and Suneil Shetty as her co-stars. She has also done a Telugu film Manasutho. She also appeared in a Hindi-English film named Enjoy. Besides movies, Arzoo appeared in some advertisements, and a television show called Ek Ladki Anjan Si on Sony.

Arzoo got married to Siddharth Sabharwal, who works in his family business, and lives in Mumbai.

She filed a domestic violence case against her husband, Siddharth Sabharwal February 19, 2019, and sought divorce in 2021. She has a few pet dogs, and one of Arzoo Govitrikar’s dog names is Chloe.

Arzoo Govitrikar belongs to an engineering background, but her elder sister Aditi Govitrikar influenced her to change career.
