Before getting the ALTBalaji's Cyber Squad, Jovita was a model, and her beautiful smile and mesmerizing eyes made her be the winner of the Face of Kerala 2016 of Cuticura. Even though the competition was extreme as Contestants from the US and The Gulf participated in the contest, Jovita Joshi didn't let her esteem go low. After the rounds and rounds of auditions and screening, only 20 participants, out of 2000, were selected.

She believed in her potential and kept her spirits high. She won the 4-month hunt for the best face of Kerala and won the prize of Rs. 1 Lakh.
