Hence, Singh started his acting career in the year 2011. Other than this, he worked on numerous projects on television like Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke, Dilli Wali Thakur Girls, and many more. His modeling career is also a success with his participation in magazines and cover shoots for Mandate, AGL, Mumbai Timeout, and Enlighten India. He also played in several TV commercials for Manaba Finance, Blow Hair Salon, MTV Webbed, and IPL TV commercial. Tapan is the owner of a luxury hair spa salon based in Mumbai.
