Amrish Lal Puri was born on 22nd June, 1932 in Punjab. He was a popular Bollywood actor and an artist who was known for his ideal performance in the Indian cinema. He was apparently known for his playwrights namely
. Most importantly he is known for his negative roles in Bollywood, and also in other Indian and International movies. They were highly a great sign of his performance which did made a real difference to the industry.

, Chandrakanta, and Harish Puri. He did shifted to Shimla and had his education at B.M. College, Himachal Pradesh. He moved to Mumbai by following the same way his brothers had done. They were already established villainous actors. He got married with Urmila Divekar and he has two children namely Rajiv and Namrata. He proved his talent in many film industries.Amrish Lal Puri worked in Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, Hollywood, Punjabi, Malayalam, Telugu and Tamil industries. He had become a revolution to the Indian cinema as an actor who did over 400 movies in multiple languages. He died on 12th January 2005 in Mumbai, when he was seventy two years old. The reason for his death was the myelodysplastic syndrome and its complication gave rise to cerebral haemorrhage.
