Anand Tiwari was born on May 29, 1983 in Mumbai, Maharashtra. He is a prominent actor cum director who had made some revolutionary performances in the Bollywood industry. He has been active in the Hindi film industry right from the year 2008. He is known for his prime time acting in stages. It was his head start in the industry and then he made things happen at his way positively. He is especially known for Udaan, , and Aisha.

He is also a partner of the FAT Productions, which is a prominent company in Mumbai. His family members are most likely doctors and despite being from that background, he got into acting for movies. Initially, he began doing small roles in the Marathi movies. He did his graduation in Mass Media and a specialized study in advertisements. He pursued it at the University of Mumbai in the year 2004.

His career of directing films came into effect as soon as he started to work as an assistant director.
