Hassan Ahmed

After transferring him to their vehicle, they dumped Ahmed's vehicle. According to Citizens-Police Liaison Committee (CPLC), among the felonies, there was former ASI 'Agha Mansoor' of the Anti-Car Lifting Cell, who had been testified against for several crimes already. The first ransom by the Hasan's kidnappers was Rs. 20 million but after negotiations they settled it on Rs. 1.5 million.
