Although he was born in India, he was brought up in the European land of England. He wanted to be an actor from a young age and hence, started training. He took his acting classes and polished his skills at the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Arts. He was first noticed on stage during his stage show with the esteemed Royal Shakespeare Company. This performance took place at the stage of the Shaw Theater. Zuber was mostly seen in what Indian fans fondly call Parallel Cinema.

One of their films, ‘Kamla’, created a lot of controversies with the censor board. The censors called the film bold whereas the actors including Marc argued about the same. Being a low budget film, the controversies delayed the release and the funds leaving a bad impact on the box office. One of Marc Zuber’s anticipated movies with Bollywood star Moon Moon Sen called ‘Pehlu’ was shelved.

In the flick, ‘Shingora’, Marc has worked with co-stars like Aditya Pancholi and Persis Khambatta. While Marc was working in Indian Cinema, he temporarily shifted to India. However, his wife stayed in England. The stunning couple was also featured on the cover of the May edition of the Stardust Magazine in the year 1987.
