Akanksha Puri

Akanksha Puri is an Indian model-turned-actress. She is a Punjabi by birth. Puri was born in Indore to R. K. Puri (father), a retired Police A.C.P. and Chitra Puri (mother), an astrologer. She studied in a Convent in Bhopal. After graduation, Akanksha worked for Kingfisher Airlines as an air hostess. There she met a model coordinator who suggested her to venture into modeling. She had done over 90 commercials and print ads. Her parents supported her throughout, which she claims had hugely helped her.

In 2013, Akanksha did her debut film “ Alex Pandian Click to look into! >> Read More... ” (Tamil). She also worked in a 2014 Tamil film “Tihar”. Akanksha has done a couple of Malayalam films.
