Amrit Kaur Dhillon

Amrit Kaur Dhillon is an actress. She is known for Dil Juunglee (2018). The Malaysian Beauty Queen who is a self-trained dancer, a model, and an actress A highly driven person who describes herself as “a chunk of coal that did well under pressure.” She loves playing netball. And she has a great passion for dance. She has many hidden talents; one of them is she writes poems in Hindi and Punjabi as well. She is a very good Bhangra & Bollywood dancer and loves the twists of belly dancing too. She has done her graduation in Law from the UK. She was Miss India Worldwide Malaysia 2018. And she became the title-holder of the inaugural pageant. She is from a small town in Shah Alam, Amrit has always held the desire of winning a beauty pageant. But because of the lack of confidence, she believes that she was not fit for the role.

When Amrit was completing her degree, it was then that she understood, and realize her full potential in terms of her skills, abilities, and strength. And that was the same time when she began developing a deep interest in participating in a beauty pageant. It was not the glitz and charm that attracted Amrit to the beauty pageant scene; it was the fact that this would give her the perfect platform to promote beauty with a purpose. Amrit believes that beauty pageants shape young girls into powerful women by taking them on a journey of self-discovery, and she had experienced this. When she represented Malaysia in the Miss Global beauty pageant, at that time she was in the middle of doing her post-graduate in law. Amrit, who is not one to stay inactive, was distraught between her studies, and the pageant world as well as a part-time job.

And she had to give time to pageant because this was her first entrance into the pageant world so she cannot ignore it. She had to be her self-trainer and commentator, and this takes her lot of time. When she won the title of Miss India Worldwide Malaysia 2018, Amrit explains, “Winning this title represents success to her. She believes that one has to do a lot of hard work, and has to go through a lot of hindrances before being able to attain prosperity and achieve success. She knows that she got success because of her determination Some of her achievements are - She was Miss India Worldwide 2018/19 - Miss Photogenic, Miss India Worldwide Malaysia 2018 - Winner, Miss Malaysia Kebaya 2017 – 1st Runner up, Miss Photogenic & Miss Best Talent, Miss Universe Malaysia - Top 50 Finalist, Miss Malaysia Global 2015, Finalist of Miss Global 2015.
