Asmita Joglekar is an Indian film actress, popular amongst the regional audience for her work in movies like Dance Dosti Aur Ishqbool, Jana Gana Mana, etc. Mostly known for her predominant involvement in Kollywood movies, Tamil TV series, short films and stage dramas, the fact that she used to work as a theatre artist for quite a long time during the initial stages of her career is still unknown to many. In 2012, Asmita made her first notable contribution on the silver screen with the film Jana Gana Mana, directed by Amit Abhyankar. Three years later, she featured in Dance Dosti Aur Ishqbool. Since then, we haven’t seen much from her.
