Kavita Varma

Kavita Varma is an Indian actress and model. She is considered as one of the prominent personality of the Cine Industry who firmly believes in her destiny. She comes from an army background, and she started by doing theater where she learned all the tricks of the trade such as voice, body language and made all the required enhancements for becoming an actress.

It was National School of Drama, Delhi that trained her entirely. She then moved to Mumbai, which taught her that quite a different series of efforts would be needed to grow her career. Though it was quite a long time changing the status from being called a model to actress, it was worthwhile for her. After her training, she took up modeling, and she was gorgeous in all her photoshoots. Her photoshoots include many Indian festivals such as Diwali (she is fond of sweets), Navaratri in which she wished everyone along with her shoot.

She also participated in various fashion shows, promotional events gaining popularity in the market. When there was this word spreading that “Most item girls cannot act”, Kavita defended it by shutting critics mouths by saying “Dancing is acting.” She never reduced herself to performing only item numbers and has said that she is present here to act, and she would do any roles be it item song, documentary or whatever to prove her talent.
