Namarata is a Hindi Cinema Actress. She is also a singer. She was passionate about acting from a really young age but set it aside and did a Corporate Job in Delhi. According to statement given by her, she had a serious relationship at that time after her breakup; she felt empty and realized many things like self love, one such realization of her was deep dug passion for acting. She was afraid to tell directly her decision to her father therefore, she wrote a letter to him despite living in the same house.
Her father agreed and supported her. Her debut film was ‘I am Kalam(2010)’. She also acted in ‘Bahattar Hoorain (2019)’, the film is a dark comedy that analyzes consequences of extremism; film urges that human life be treated with dignity. In this film, she played role as one of the lead and film won National Award for Best Direction Hindi feature film. Some of her songs and covers are ‘Beqarar Karke Hame (2016)’, ‘Baarish (2018)’ and ‘Aaiye Meherban (2017)’.
