Amir Subhani is an Indian Administrative Service officer. He was born on 10 April 1964 in Siwan in Bihar. He completed his post-graduation in M.A. Statistics. He cracked one of the toughest exams, UPSC , in one go and ranked AIR 1 in 1987 from Bihar cadre. Amir Shubani began his career in 1994 and was appointed as the Sub Divisional Officer. In 1993, he became the district collector of the Bhojpur district, and later on, in 1994, he became the district collector in Patna. With his dedicated work, he became the Chairman of the Milk Co-operative Federation in 2005. He has served in many positions in Bihar state. Currently, he is the Chief Secretary of a minority community in Bihar.
