Tanmay learned the art of music mostly from his parents. Tanmay made his name for fame, for the first time in ZEE TV’s Sa Ra Ga Ma Pa show, which gives a chance to small children to express their talent on a bigger platform.

Tanmay in his childhood played Harmonium and Tabla. According to his opinion, “Music is a Religion of Togetherness” and he has faith in God who blessed him with such a great talent. Tanmay can sing various styles of songs that are not only different but hard too.

Tanmay Chaturvedi is a famous playback singer and the second runner-up of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Little Champs (2007-2008).

Tanmay was born on 11 November 1996 in Agra, India. His parents are Rajeev Chaturvedi and Anjali Chaturvedi. He gradually developed his passion for singing. When he was two years old, he sang 'Choti si Umar mei' song. He did his schooling in Kendriya Vidyalaya, Aliganj. He is rewarded as the Best Singer of the school. He appeared on Sony Entertainment Reality Show Ustaadon ka Ustaad in 2008. He participated in LUX ZEE CINE Awards in 2008. He was selected in top 12 for the show Chhote Miyan on Colors. He has also participated in the Zee TV show, Ek Se Badhkar Ek, and also appeared in Doordarshan show Yahan Ke Hum Sikandar (TV Serial).
