Deeya Singh is a prominent Indian television producer. She and her real-life husband, Toni Singh, founded the Indian television shows Production Company, DJ’s Creative Unit. She is known for creating novel concepts and ideas, which brought innovation in the television industry. Deeya studied at Welham Girls’ School and later attended the Cathedral and John Connon School in Mumbai. Subsequently, she studied Arts at St. Xavier's College. She is the doting mother of Giaa Singh and Jashn Singh. Giaa is a trained western dancer and a classical vocalist. She has produced television shows like Banegi Apni Baat (1993-1997), Jabb Love Hua (2006-2007), Chotti Bahu (2008-2010), Choti Bahu 2 (2011-2012), Ek Mutthi Aasmaa (2013-2014), Just Mohabbat (1996-2000), Jassi Jaissi Koi Nahin (2003-2006), Bhaskar Bharti (2009), Baat Hamari Pakki Hai (2010-2011), Parvarish – Kuchh Khattee Kuchh Meethi (2011-2013), Hum Hain Na (2014-2015), Left Right Left (2006-2008), Jugni Chali Jalandhar (2008-2010), I Luv My India (2012), Annu Ki Ho Gayee Waah Bhai Waah (2007-2008), Radhaa Ki Betiyaan Kuch Kar Dikhayengi (2008), Dharampatni (2011-2012), Mere Ghar Aayi Ek Nanhi Pari (2009), Aise Karo Naa Vidaa (2010), Maryada: Lekin Kab Tak? Recently, she has produced the Indian adaptation of the famous American sitcom, Everybody Loves Raymond, and the comedy sitcom was entitled as Sumit Sambhal Lega, which was aired on STAR Plus channel. She and Tony were the first ever producers who brought the international series to India, which will surely change the Indian television’s sphere. She is also working in the comedy crime television series, Police Factory on SAB TV; Zee TV’s Kaala Teeka and the sequel of Parvarrish – Kuchh Khattee Kuchh Meethi.
