Being directed by Rajiv S Ruia, the film lays out the story of a meek woman named Mahua, who is tormented and molested by her husband, Ojha.
The story unfolds when she falls in love and evolves into an entirely new personality. The audience witness how a woman so submissive can grow into a confident and self-reliant one.
While talking to the reporters, Varun said that the film portrays a strong woman character and that Harshitta Bhatt will deliver her best performance. He further added that the film has been highly received and also been nominated in a lot of film festivals worldwide.
