Jal Raj

Born and brought up in Uttar Pradesh, Jal Raj, or Jalaj and Rajat, are two brothers with an immense love for music and eyes full of dreams which once seemed impossible due to their background of a middle-class family where attaining a degree was expected to be the biggest and the most important goal. Both the brothers have completed their Civil Engineering from BUEST, Himachal Pradesh, and are well-established YouTubers with over a million subscribers. They live in Mohali, Himachal Pradesh, and have covered 100 covers and have 30 original songs to their name. Their most famous song, ‘Zara Zara Behekta Hai,’ has over 55 million views, which is still growing; after this huge success, they were approached by Indie Music Label, and in collaboration with them, they produced their debut song ‘Sunn Zara.’

Their musical journey began when Rajat ended up with a broken leg on his birthday. Hence, as a conciliatory gesture, he was presented with a guitar by his parents, which marked the beginning of their musical journey. They have gone through a lot of hardships during the first phase of their youtube channel, where Rajat and Jalaj were posted in different places for their jobs. Still, they fought each situation and rose with their undying passion for music after the lockdown making their music career successful. ‘Ek Dafa Dekh Le’, ‘Tumse Mohabbat Hai’, and ‘Pagalpan’, are some of JalRaj’s original collections.
