Sreejesh Nair

Sreejesh Nair is a successful Sound Engineer and Sound Mixer. He was born 5th of October, 1980 in Thiruvananthapuram, India. He has worked in Hindi, Marathi, Tamil and Malayalam Movies. He made his debut in the year 2013. His wife name is Sandhya S Pillai. He has a child named Shriyana. Sreejesh Nair owns a credit of 12 years experience into his pocket as a Sound mixer in this industry. Sreeejesh hailing from Thiruvananthapuram, attended his schooling in KendriyaVidhalayaPallipuram. He did his Mechanical Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology, Kottayam and did his post graduation in Audio Engineering from Chetana Sound Studios, Thrissur. Success did not come to him knocking at his door easily.

He first started his career as assistant sound Re-recording mixer in Rajkamal (Future Works) studios. Later, he became a Senior Re-Recording Mixer there. Since then he has worked for more than 200 movies. Sreejesh was also the part of First Dolby Atmos Mix Theatre installation in India. He was the member first Dolby Atmos Premiere mix room in the world. Sreejesh is an inspirational, energetic leader, Product expert and Mix Engineer, highly respected by his industry peers. He carries an extensive knowledge of the technologies and immersive formats. He is an author of prominent film-mixing.com blog. He writes blogs of mix technique and world-renowned technology.

He helped spec, design workflow and multitudinous purpose built streaming media studios. He is the first one from Indian Sound Community to published a paper at IBC. He has worked in the industry for more than 15 years now including his mixes for commercial and art house movies. He is a sound advisor and trainer for Tv, film, radio Stations and Broadcast. He has his hands in working for mixes, Warner Bros, Disney, Sony Pictures, Paramount and Hollywood production houses to name a few.

As per his updates, he is working as Solutions Specialist at Avid. He won the President of India Award for the best film mix in 2013. He conducts workshops, seminars and Master classes.
