Bhupesh Pandya

"Bhupesh Kumar Pandya is a trained Indian actor, with an acting experience of 27 years, and most remembered for his role in Shoojit Sircar’s Vicky Donor. He is highly qualified with a bachelor’s degree in mass communication as well as a degree of bachelor’s in science in Biology. He has completed his graduation in 2001, from the National School of Drama, with a specialization in acting along with a Film Appreciation Course with Gayatri Chatterjee. Before his acting career took off, he had worked as a casual announcer and drama artist in the All India Radio, for about seven years.

After completing and receiving his graduate degree, Pandya had begun to work in the field of TV and theatre plays. He is knowledgeable and very experienced, as he had participated and worked in numerous stage plays (about 100) and street play shows (about 1600). Apart from acting, Pandya has also worked behind-the-scenes of film shoots, taking the role of Assistant Director for programs such as Doordarshan’s Mera Studio Mera Mehman (2004) and ZEE TV’s India’s Most Wanted (2002). Following Vicky Donor, some other movies which have cast Pandya in supporting roles are Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi, Miss Tanakpur Haazir Ho and Parmanu: The Story of Pokran."
