Anirudh Pathak is an Indian creative professional, who has been working as a writer on television for more than a decade. He attended Devi Dayal High School and also studied Sanskrit at Patna University. He started in the year 2000 with Zee TV’s television serial, Piya Ka Ghar and Kasamh Se. He also worked on the 2006 television series, Karam Apnaa Apnaa and Kulvaddhu. Anirudh has been the Associate Creative Head of Star India in 2007 and launched ten shows including Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai and Bidaai. In 2013, he was promoted and became the Content Head of the channel.

Anirudh is also the man behind the success of Life OK’s mythological drama series, Devon Ke Dev… Mahadev (2011) and The Adventures of Hatim (2013), Maha Kumbh: Ek Rahasaya, Ek Kahani (2014), Siya Ke Ram (2015), and many more. Anirudh also created over 50 episodes of the medical drama series, Ek Nayi Ummeed – Roshni (2015). In November 2016, he founded his very own media company, Writers Galaxy Studios. It was announced in January 2017 that he is set to produce his own television show entitled Quick Silver Azad, which is based on the life of Chandra Shekhar Azad, a freedom fighter. However, until now, he doesn’t want to divulge any details about his upcoming project.
