Anwar Iqbal Baloch is a Pakistani veteran TV director and actor. In 1966, Anwar finished his schooling from Marie Colaco School in Karachi. He began his vocation from PTV Karachi Center Network. Anwar has acted in numerous shows of Pakistan Tv Network. He is a child of a famous politician Mr. Haji Muhammed Iqbal Baloch from Balochistan, who assumed an important part in the autonomy of Pakistan and in addition to highlighting the significance of "Gawadar" port to the government of Pakistan. 

He got credits with the making of ‘Hammal o Mahganj’, a story of Hani ShehMureed, the first feature film of Balochi, directed by Owais Iqbal Baloch in Pakistan. The screenplay was composed by Syed Zahoor Shah Hashmi, an academician, while Nazar was the motion picture's music maker. The film was ready to be released with Bambino Cinema of Karachi, when the protest erupted against the screening making it the first and last production of Balochi. Anwar finished his Master’s degree from Karachi University in 1976 and initiated his profession in 1976 by acting and producing "Hammal o Mahganj".

Anwar is especially noted for his significant epic parts, for which he has been valued by, among others, Agha Nasir, the veteran PTV chief for his exceptional portrayal of the remarkable character "Shiwani Khan" in "Babur" the PTV Series based on ‘Babur’, the first Mughal emperor. He is likewise a well-known Teacher, educating at Rehan School and working with a private channel named ‘Ary’.
