Chandresh Singh is an Indian actor who appears in Indian film and television series. He was brought up by a small family. His family resided in a small neighborhood called Naini, which is famous for being a twin city of Allahabad. He went on to pursue his further studies in Ranjit Pandit Degree College before moving to Mumbai and embarking his career in Film Industry. The show was relatively successful and was broadcasted on STAR plus during the afternoon slots. He played the role of a character named Kesoo, who happens to be married to the main character’s sister-in-law. His breakout role came around in Balika Vadhu, which was featured on COLORS TV. The show premiered on 21 July 2008.

The show has proved to be immensely successful among Indian audience, winning multiple awards for various categories. It is also the longest running show among daily soap series, having featured more than 2000 episodes. Due to its success and vast reach within the Indian audience, it was also dubbed in multiple languages like Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.

Singh took on a negative role of Ratan Singh, who was abusive towards his wife and a negative catalyst to the whole story arc. His performance was well received by various critics and he was re-introduced back into the story after a leap. By now, Singh had left his own trademark for his flare of villainous roles.
