Paramvir Singh Baidwan is an Indian actor and model who came to be recognized after his participation in the second season of MTV’s reality show “ Splitsvilla Story soon >> Read More... ” (2008). He was born on 27th April in the capital city of Chandigarh. He was raised in Mohali, Punjab, where he attended the Yadavindra Public School. Soon after his appearance in Splitsvilla, he made his debut in Bollywood with a supporting role in Raj Kumar Gupta’s biographical crime-thriller “No One Killed Jessica” (2011), starring Rani Mukherjee and Vidya Balan.

His short yet impactful performance in the movie catapulted his career to a far greater level. Param Baidwaan is an actor, who reached the lime light of the tinsel town through the reality TV show SplitsVilla which was aired on MTV. He went on to win the sixth season of the show along with Mandy and his success in the show landed him a role in the 2014 Bollywood movie ‘Purani Jeans’. The movie had an average response overall but cannot be considered as a success. Critics stated that the plot of the movie was too old to find relevance in the current scenario. The movie said the story of three college friends who wanted to keep their friendship forever. A lesser known fact is that ‘Purani Jeans’ was, that it is not his first movie and he had already done a part in the movie ‘No One Killed Jessica’ earlier.

Param Baidwaan was born in Mohali, Punjab and did his schooling from Yadavindra Public School, Mohali, and holds a bachelor’s degree in fine arts. Param could not become successful as an actor and many chances didn’t follow him after the release of ‘Purani Jeans’. He shifted his base back to Mohali from Mumbai later, and founded a café named ‘Brick and Road’ in Mohali along with his friend. He is also the artistic director of the café.
