Sikandar Kharbanda is well known for his acting on television as well as in films. He has worked in both Hindi & Bhojpuri films. He was born on 30th January, 1979 in Delhi. He got his bachelor’s degree in Arts from Venkateshwara College, Delhi. He is married to , who was his co-star in the serial Kasauti Zindagi ki. He has a son named Shaurya Kharbanda (1st Dec, 2008). is his uncle.

He did his debut with the serial Kahani Ghar Ghar Ki as , a rich boy. His role was very serious. He was shown as Om Agarwal’s youngest cousin, who was brought up in Singapore. He was modern and broadminded boy, who often fights with his cousins because of his anger. He fell in love with Khushi Kantilal who changed him completely. His role in this serial was important but it never earned fame for him.

He was seen as Indroneal Sengupta in the serial Kasauti Zindagi Kay. This serial was aired on Star Plus. He was playing the role of detective. This show ran about 7 years long with 1423 episodes. This show was 3rd most awarded show on Star Plus. He was very famous after this serial.

He has also worked in Madhubala Ek Ishq Ek Junoon on Colors. He was named as Sikandar Bhatia in the show. This show was telecasted from May 28, 2012 to August 9, 2014. The plot revolves around the Madhubala who was born on a film set. This show was also dubbed in Tamil and aired on Polimer TV.

He has done almost 15 Hindi films and about 20 Bhojpuri films. He was also nominated for Indian Telly Awards for Best Actor in a Comic Role.
