Mrinal Kulkarni is a famous face of Indian television. For a long time, she has presented herself as an actress. Later, Mrinal shifted her interest toward direction, too. Not only in Hindi serials also Mrinal worked efficiently in Marathi movies and magazines. She was born on 21st June 1971 in Pune, Maharashtra. Dr. Vijay Deo and Dr. Veena Deo are her parents. After completing her primary education at Pune University, she completed her Master's in Linguistics.

She enjoyed her entire childhood with her sister, Madhura. Mrinal made her acting debut at 16 with a notable Marathi television serial. "Swami'' allowed her to present her skills in front of the world. In this Marathi show, she played the nature of Ramabai Peshawe.
