Shubhangi Latkar is a popular TV actress who has also featured in a number of Bollywood films. She came into prominence for her portrayal as the female protagonist’s mother-in-law in the TV serial “”. In the serial, she plays a stereotype mother-in-law to the show’s central character Shivani who is always on the lookout to cause some kind of harm to her daughter-in-law. She bagged a number of awards for her performance including the Zee Rishtey Award for Best Saas.

Shubhangi has also been an extremely popular face in the Marathi television industry. Some of the popular Marathi serials she has been part of include Anubandh and Lek Laadki Hya Gharchi among others.
