Paulomi Dutta is a freelance writer and producer. Her recent movie Sukhee (2023) made her very prominent in the entertainment sector. She went to St. Thomas’ girls’ school, Kidderpore, Calcutta from 1993-1996. Paulomi then went on to Indra School of Communication, Pune to study PGD Mass Communication, Film and Cinema, and Video Studies. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from L.E College, Morbi 634, with a distinction.
Paulomi began her career as a freelance writer and producer in 2014 and got her first job as a screenwriter in Dharma Production, spending a year there. She then became the senior managing programming at Zee Entertainment Enterprise Limited. Her first movie was Bicycle (2014), and it yielded great success. She is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
