Viveki Rai is an Indian Author. He penned more than 50 novels in the Hindi and Bhojpuri languages. Viveki was born on the 19th of November in the year 1924. He was born in Bharauli Village of Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh (British India). His father died when Viveki was very young. Initially, Viveki worked as a Teacher at a village named Sonwani. Later, he went to Sri Sarvodaya Inter College to teach Hindi.
He got recognition as a writer over there and later got employed at Post Graduate college in Ghazipur as a lecturer. Some of Viveki’s books are Mangal Bhavan, Circus, Purush Puran, Lautkar Dekhna, Meri Terah Kahaniyan, Shwet Patra, and many more. Viveki died after a long illness on the 22nd of November in the year 2016 in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
