Yogesh Vikrant Singh was born in Yuvrajpur village, Gazipur, Uttar Pradesh. Ever since his childhood, he had a passion for poetry and writing. Yogesh started writing poems in high school. Later he moved to Allahabad for his graduation. In college, he both wrote and acted in plays. Soon after, with support from his mentor Kailash Gautam (a poet himself), he decided to leave for Mumbai to find work as a writer in the Indian film industry.
