Tarun Gill

Tarun Gill is an Indian fitness YouTuber and entrepreneur. He was born on 14 July in Delhi. He completed his Bachelor's degree in History from St. Stephen's College Delhi. He completed his Master's degree in Journalism from the Indian Institute of Mass Communication. He completed his MBA in marketing from the British University of Columbia, Canada. He is married to Nidhi Chaudhry Gill. His favorite hobby is traveling. He has worked with GE, Genpact, IBM, MetLife, HSBC, etc. He had been into fitness and gymming for a long time, and after the suggestion of his friend, he started his career in the fitness field and started a youtube channel with the name Tarun Gill on 31 July 2015, and within nine months, it crossed four lakhs subscribers.

He founded TG Connect, which aimed to help underprivileged and needy athletes with proper guidance and finance. He is also a co-founder of a food supplement company with 30+ products. He is the co-founder of the biggest Television fitness reality show, Fitness League Of India, which has prize money of 3 crores. He also has a youtube channel named Tarun Gill Motivation, which is a motivational YouTube channel as he is also a freelancer motivational speaker. He was also the face of Manhunt Mr. India International in 2016. He is also a national-level squash player. He is the founder and CEO of Tarun Gill fitness and fit flea. He is also certified as an Advanced Personal Trainer from ISSA and as a Specialist in Fitness Nutrition from ISSA. He has proficiency in English, Hindi, Haryanvi, and Punjabi. He also has two publications- Everything about whey protein and Abs are made in the kitchen, not in the Gym.
