Balu Chandrashekhar is an Indian director who mainly works with the Telugu movie industry. He was born on November 10th, 1991, in Arasiker, Hassan district. He completed his education from NITTE, Bangalore, where he obtained a degree in civil engineering and then later, he decided to follow his passion of film and film making. He worked with K. Kalyan, a well-known lyricist in the Kannada film industry. He has also worked in a leading Kannada film magazine. Balu Chandrashekhar has worked as an assistant director for movies such as H34 Pallavi Talkies (2017), Cross (2017) and Venu Gopal’s Tubelight (2021).
