Hema Prabhath

Hema Prabhat is an Indian Actress known for her work in various Kannada movies and serials. She is more known to the audience known as Hema Panchamukhi and is a professionally trained Bharatanatyam dancer. She is currently active in films, TV shows, stage, and radio. The film won the National Award for Best Kannada Cinema. Furthermore, she appeared in 1999 films “Sambhrama” and “Ravimama”. She took a break of 15 years after the film “Ravimama” to raise her children. She has two children from her first husband, Suimindra. They got divorced and Hema remarried Prashanth Gopala Shastry in the year 2017. Prashanth is also an actor and a trained dancer. They both teach dance to a group of theatre students and the group is known as “Prabhat Kalavidaru”. The students also organize and manages a trust, which has been named “Kala Aradhana”. Hema has her own dance academy, named “Sukrutrees”, which she has been running since the late 2000s. She made a comeback after 15 years with the serial “Raksha Bandhan” in 2019. Since then, she has been again active in various shoots.
