GN Lakshmipathy was born in 1915 at Gubbi in Tumakuru District, Karnataka, India. He worked as a movie Producer within the Indian movie industry, preponderantly in Kanarese movie industry. He was conjointly honored with the Dr. Vishnuvardhan Award in 2017. He started his career by creating unforgettable films. His films weren't solely screened in Karnataka but were released in international film festivals as well.. He died in 2019 and was a 104 years old.
