Sasi Kalinga is an Indian actor involved in Malayalam film industry. He was born in Kunnamangalam, Kozhikode. His childhood name was Chandrakumar. He was not from a filmy background or support. He received his education from St. Joseph’s Boys’ higher secondary school. He has a diploma in automobile engineering from Govt Polytechnic College in Kozhikode. He got married to his wife, Prabhavathi. In his career in Malayalam cinema, he has performed various serious roles in many films. He is not an actor who works for grabbing just only name and fame; instead, he delivered marvelous performances in his various films. His original style of acting and dialogue delivery makes him unique in himself and shows his dedication and love towards Malayalam movies. He mainly performed serious roles in several films like Paleri Manikyam: Oru Pathirakolapathakthinte Katha in 2009, Pranchiyettan & the Saint in 2010. Indian Rupee in 2011 and many more.

These films were made under the direction of famous Malayalam director Ranjith. His most worthy work was in National Award winning film Adaminte Makan Abu produced by Salim Ahamed in 2011.
