Another Version of this bio....
This beautiful Malayali girl hails from the beautiful town of Cochin, Kerala. Prayaga began her film career in the Tamil hit, ‘Pisaasu’. Sources say that the actress was spotted by the director, Mysskin in a jewelery ad and was roped into the project. The film released in 2014 to an excited audience. It was constantly in the news and grabbed eyeballs by publicity stunts, such as conducting its puja at midnight. The actress has an excellent background in dance, and is, in fact, a disciple of the famous dancer, Kalamandalam Kshemavati. She studied at St. Teresa’s College. The multi-talented girl appeared on the cover of Malayala Manorama. Prayaga says that she has always been at ease when in front of a camera and even dabbled in baby commercials and print ads. While the rest of her family is in the construction business, her late grandfather was a producer in the Malayalam movie industry.
While her family believes that acting was in her genes, Prayaga disagrees and has stated that she draws inspiration from everyone around her. Prayaga believes herself to be a modern woman but strongly emphasizes that she has not forgotten her family values. It was reported that she was to appear in a movie opposite Faahad Fazil, but there seem to be some issues with the project.
Those aside, there are confirmed projects in which she is slated to appear, featuring both in the Tamil and Malayalam industry. In her upcoming Tamil flick, ‘Kattam Potta Sattai’, she is rumored to be donning the avatar of a Bullet-riding Bond girl. However, the film is on hold, due to the floods in Chennai.
In the Malayalam industry, Prayaga will be making her debut in Paappane Kurichum Varkkiye Kurichum (Pa.Va). It is rumored that while the actress has been given quite a meaty role, she was asked to slim down & de-tan for it.
