Her father is an employee of Central Excise Department, and her mother is a home-maker. She has a younger brother, PrasiddhVarrier. She was born in Punkunnam, Thrissur, Kerala.She is Hindu by religion and belongs to Ambalavasi non-Brahmin Community. Priya is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in commerce from Vimala College, Thrissur. Priya Prakash Varrier started her career in modeling in the year 2017.

She did various modeling assignments and participated in various beauty pageants. However, she made her acting debut with three sorts of films that she did in the year 2017.
