Baiju Ezhupunna is an actor as well as producer who has predominantly worked in Malayalam film Industry. He was born in Hyderabad on March 1981. He completed his schooling from Hyderabad and completed his college studies at Hyderabad as well. He was among the popular kids during his school days. He used to participate in his school functions.
Baiju Ezhupunna was good in the academics as well. He was also the part of his school’s football team. He has won various awards at State as well as National level. Apart from football, he also plays cricket and Badminton. Apart from the academics and sports, he was also good in the co-curricular activities. He used to be the part of the drama club at his school. Baiju Ezhupunna used to take part in the dramas and plays held at his school.
He also used to perform at the annual functions as well. He has won various awards at the school-level competitions. He was very popular among the students in the drama club. He used to play the role of the lead artist in the plays.
While he was a kid, he used to go to fares and look at Nukad-Natak with his father. He was influenced with street plays, and always dreamed of working in Indian Film Industry. After completing his schooling, he decided to move to Bangalore to pursue his college-level education. He was the part of his college’s drama club.
He used to act in the short movies made by the drama club. He also took part in various short plays made by the local directors. Baiju Ezhupunna has also taken part in college fests and has won many prizes in acting. While he was in college, he used to give auditions for local magazine covers, as well as local advertisers. His acting skills were really appreciated by everyone. After completing his college he decided to start working in Indian Film Industry.
In 2006, he worked in Thuruppu Gulan as a supporting artist. This movie was directed by
Johny Antony. Later in 2009, he worked in Ividam Swargamanu, a Malayalam Drama movie directed by Roshan Andrews, starring Mohanlal, Thilakan, Baiju Ezhupunna,
Bindu Murali, and much more. In 2010, he worked as a supporting artist in the movie Oridathoru Postman, a Malayalam drama movie directed by Shaji Azeez, starring
Kunchacko Boban, and Baiju Ezhupunna.
Later, he played roles in many films, such as Traffic,
School Bus, and
Shajahanum Pareekuttiyum. In 2016, he played a role in IDI:
