Born and brought up in Mavelikara, Kerala by her parents Ramachandran Pillai and Ratnamma Ramachandran, Sreeya is currently married to Remesh Nair and has two children. After completing her primary as well as secondary education from Our Own English High School, Sharjah, Sreeya went to Sanatana Dharma College, Alapuzha to pursue her graduation. Starting off with her career as an anchor, she started featuring in short films and TV series soon. In 2015, Sreeya made her first portentous contribution on the silver screen with the film Ennum Eppozhum, where she played the role of Dr. Usha.
