Rajbhushan Sahasrabuddhe

Rajbhushan Sahasrabuddhe is a film writer, producer, director, and actor who resides in Mumbai, Maharashtra. He was a Stage Play Director and an actor at Prathmesh Arts in Mumbai from June 1994 to January 1999, where he directed three stage drama plays, five one-act plays, and 400 plus Hindi Street plays. Rajbhushan Sahasrabuddhe was an Assistant Director at Abha Films from February 1995 to May 2000 and at Shambhavi Films from May 2000 to February 2002 in Mumbai. He was responsible as the script analyser, clapper boy, and scheduler there. 

Rajbhushan Sahasrabuddhe has also worked as an On-Air Announcer at All India Radio from March 2020 to November 2003. He worked as an Associate Creative Director at Laxmi Arts from January 2003 to October 2004. Rajbhushan Sahasrabuddhe was the Assistant and Casting Director at Prakash Jha Productions Private Limited, responsible for background action direction and coordination, management, and casting of artists for films like Gangaajal (2003), Raajneeti (2010), Aarakshan (2011), Apaharan (2005), and Chakravyuh (2012). He has also worked as an actor in these films except Raajneeti. He was a part of the FICC Jury (International Federation of Film Clubs) at the Lisbon International Film Festival in June 2014 and the Krakow Film Festival in Krakowski, Poland, where he was responsible for the winner of the Don Quijote Award held in June 2021. 

Rajbhushan Sahasrabuddhe has been one of the founders and secretary of the Anubhav Film Club Film Society since 1999. He screens world cinema from FFSI and different countries' embassies to share and discuss with the audience. Rajbhushan Sahasrabuddhe has been the Western Region Committee Member of the Federation of Film Societies of India since August 2013. He has worked as a film writer, producer, director, and actor since November 1997 and as a script doctor responsible for script analysis and doctoring for creative art enhancement since September 2018 at Radheshyam Chitra, Pune. He is also a member of the Screenwriters Association (SWA), Western India Film Producers' Association (WIFPA), and Indian Film and Television Directors' Association (IFTDA).

As an actor, he is known for his work in Swades: We, the People (2004), Maa Kasam (1999), Veer Savarkar (2001), Chingaari (2006), Mi Amruta Boltey (2008), Tambyacha Vishnubala (2011), Har Har Mahadev (2022), and Ravrambha (2023). As an assistant director, some of his works include Do Chehre (2015), Gair (1999), and Raja Ki Ayegi Baraat (1997).
