Vijay Tikhatari is a director born and raised in Kailali, Nepal. He is residing in Dhangadhi, where he spent his whole life working for films and TV series. He has worked as a Scriptwriter/Camera/Screenplay executive for the Nepali TV series GARIB PREM. He has also worked as a director & editor for another famous TV series, Kuritiko Aina. Vijay Tikhatari has worked as a Story writer/Editor/Director for the TV series Paru and has handled the cinematography of the Nepali series Samyog. He has also made a Nepali movie, Sangharsh Sapana Ko, for which he has handled the work of director and editor.
