Kaman Singh Topwal was born on April 10, 1974; his parents are Mrs. Gaini Devi and Mr. Khaim Singh Topwal. Kaman was born in the hilly village of Dikhol in Tehri, Garhwal, Uttarakhand, India. He is an intermediate, happily married to Mrs. Sobha Topwal, and has two sons named Ayush and Ismit Topwal. Kaman loves to travel, sing, and act. His favorite singer is Kishan Singh Panwar. He helped his parents with household work and in the fields too. He wanted to help his father earn bread for his family and become a rich man. By hook or crook, Kaman left for Delhi with his relative, worked there for a few days, and then reached Mumbai. It was really hard to go abroad and be successful, but Kaman did not give up. Initially, Kaman had to wander around Dubai, Singapore, China, New Zealand, and, for a while, Australia as well. Eventually, luck recognized that there was something in this man, and now Kaman Topwal and his entire family are successful restaurateurs. He currently has his own house with all the luxuries found in New Zealand, as well as his own restaurant.

Now he is a permanent resident of New Zealand. After becoming rich and successful, Kaman started chasing his childhood dream of becoming a singer. When he got well-established, he decided to record a Garhwali song.
