He is an Indian actor, songwriter, singer, lyricist, musician, and producer who mainly works in Punjabi film & television industry. He was born on August 24, 1989. Jaggi Singh’s place of birth is Gudani village of Kapurthala district in Punjab, India. After completing his school education, he graduated from DAV College, Kapurthala. Hailing from a middle-class family with no prior experience in the entertainment industry, he made a name for himself through raw talent. He also earned the PTC Film Awards 2016 for Most Promising Talent Of the Year.

Jaggi Singh has developed an interest in music since an early age. In 1999, he began his musical career as a singer with the album titled "Ishq Tere Wasda Nahi." Later on, he released other albums such as Sajjna Ve Sajjna, Supna, and Pehla Pyar. He has written songs for many Punjabi films, such as Mel Karade Rabba, Khushiyan, Jinhe Mera Dil Lutteya, and many more. He has also composed music for Naughty Jatts, Gun & Goel, and Pher Mamla Gadbad Gadbad. Jaggi Singh composed music for several albums, such as Diljit's "Sikh," Nikku's "Desi Bande," and Gurlez Akhtar's "Khwab." He is well-known for his composed tracks such as "Made in India" and "Selfie Vs Mucch." Jaggi Singh's song "Selfie Vs Mucch" is the first Punjabi song which has crossed a million views on YouTube.

Jaggi Singh made his acting debut in the Punjabi-language action romance film, “Mirza: The Untold Story,” written & directed by Baljit Singh Deo Born in Jalandhar, Punjab, Baljit Singh Deo moved >> Read More... . He played the role of Navi in the movie. He starred in the Indian Punjabi-language film, "Faraar," directed by Baljit Singh Deo in 2015. In the movie, he portrayed the significant role of Kaptaan, which earned him recognition as a future villain of Punjabi Cinema. The same year, he played the role of Angad (Heena's Boyfriend) in the Punjabi romantic thriller film, "Hero Naam Yaad Rakhi," directed by Baljit Singh Deo. In 2017, Jaggi Singh acted in a family drama romantic comedy film, "Manjre Bistre," directed by Baljit Singh Deo. In the movie, he portrayed the supporting role of Chadar.
