Sandy

Born on July 5th, 1986, in Chennai, A. Santhosh Kumar is an Indian Tamil Choreographer in Tamil Film Industry. He is the son of S. Anbuselvan, a resigned police inspector and A. Thilagavathy. Sandy has two siblings, brother named A. Tamilmani, who is likewise a police auditor and sister namedPriyadarshini. He finished his schooling from St. Gabriel's higher optional school and college from Sir Thiagarajan college in Chennai. He started dancing at the age of three. Being from the family of police background with no support from them, he began his career as an artist in local shows. He is trained and nurtured by Kala master and Brindha master. Sandy is skilled in dances like Western, folk, classical, salsa, jazz and Chennai folk.

He is been choreographing reality shows and movies. He is also an actor. His favorite and inspirational choreographers are Micheal Jackson, Prabhu Deva and Raghava Lawrence. Sandy started his vocation as a choreographer in the debut season of Maanada Mayilada (2005), which is a Dance Reality Show directed by Kala Master, who is Krishnan and Jayashree, who are an on-screen couple and helped them win the show. They were given prizes at Nehru Stadium in Chennai by renowned on-screen character Suriya.In 2010, season 5 of Maanada Mayilada, he choreographed an on-screen couple Bala and Swetha and helped them win the primary spot in the show. He got a money prize from the Prabhu Deva in Abu Dhabi. In season 8 and 9 of Maanada Mayilada, he performed as an entertainer.

Sandy additionally choreographed Telugu and Kannada reality show, which was called"Kuniyona Bara" in Kannada and "Challenge Show" in Telugu. Later on, he entered through a Dance reality show "Jodi No 1" Season 7 into Vijay Television and in season 8 turned into a performer in a similar show. This has given him a marvelous beginning for his profession as a choreographer.
