Tamil Director Anbu Rajasekar

Anbu Rajasekar was born on April 2, 1982. He hails from  Ilangadu, a village in Thanjavur district of Tamil Nadu. Anbu Rajasekar is a director in the Tamil Film Industry. He completed his schooling at Sir PS Sivaswamy Iyer Higher Secondary School in 1999 and later graduated from AVVM Sri Pushpam College. He worked at Maersk Global Service Centers from December 2007 to November 2009 after which he joined the Tamil Film Industry in 2012. Anbu had become a sensation in the film industry when, in 2022, he succeeded in directing the shortest film, spanning just 5 seconds.

In his efforts, he wrote several one-line sequels and finally made one that hit the spot, and titled the movie “Be Pretty”. In doing so, he broke the 16-year record of the American Movie “The Soldier Boy,” the duration of which was 7 seconds long. The Nobel World Record recognized his awards and felicitated him with an award and a certificate. The film was directed using only visual graphics and no dialogue so that no viewer faces a language barrier. Other notable works of Anbu Rajasekar are Thaagabhoomi, for which he received recognition in 2021.
