As he gained experience working with many producers, Hari developed and improved his own effective film budgeting method, based on proper research and careful expense tracking. While working in the industry, he recognized the clear need for better budgets and careful production management services in the cinema arena.
10 years after personal experience, 2 years under the flag of Moment Entertainment, G. A. Hari Krishnan has a wide range of work in the areas of director and production management. Prior to the shooting, Hari worked in the advertising industry, coordinating video and photo campaigns for several major South Indian brands.
