Vignesh Karthick

Vignesh Karthick is an actor, a Video Jockey, a stand-up artist and a director. The multi-talented young actor has worked in Short Films, anchored reality game shows, worked in radio stations and directed movies. Vignesh has explored every field of talent and found success in all. He took birth in Chennai, Tamil Nadu on 18th November 1988.

He hosted TV shows such as Suriya Vanakkam, Thabaal Petti Enn 8484, Junior Senior Bio coming soon >> Read More... , etc. His acting career includes films such as Chola Poori, Natpadhigaram 79, Yenda Thalaiyila Yenna Vekkala, etc. As a director, he has directed Yenda Thalaiyila Yenna Vekkala and other short films. Vignesh completed his education from the Bharath University, Chennai. His career started with participation in a reality show in 2010 named Kalakka Povathu Yaaru that aired on Star Vijay TV.

Simultaneously, he acted in a few short films as well such as Kurunjeidhi 20. In 2011, he did stand-up comedy for a couple of shows including Kings of Comedy and Comedy Jodies. The shows aired on Star Vijay TV and Zee Thamizh respectively. His career gained pace, and in the following year, he hosted shows for Sun TV such as Galatta Kudumbam Galatta Kudumbam,produced by AVM productions with >> Read More... and Suriya Vanakkam.

Sideways he kept acting in Short films as well. Star Vijay, Zee Thamizh, and Sun TV became his stages for work collaboration; Vignesh participated and anchored in TV series of these TV channels. Everybody started to know Vignesh as he regularly appeared on the Televisions of the local people.

He also got nominated for Vijay Television Awards in 2014. In 2015, he became a Radio Jockey for BIG FM 92.7. In 2016, he acted in a Tamil film for the first time. Ravichandran directorial Natpadhigaram 79 portrayed Vignesh in a supporting role. He played Jeeva’s friend in the movie. He also became a part of Star Vijay’s series Pagal Nilavu Pagal Nilavu is a Tamil television serial that air >> Read More... in the same year. Till 2018 Vignesh made appearances in several movies and short films.

His Mudhal Kanave won the South Indian International Award. In 2018, he directed his debut feature film Yenda Thalaiyila Yenna Vekkala. Produced by A. R.
