Akshaya Priya is an Indian film actress, popular amongst the regional audience for her work in movies like Marudhu (2016). Mostly known for her predominant involvement in Kollywood movies, Tamil TV shows, short films, and dramas, her stint on the silver screen has been short lived so far. Based in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, Akshaya was born on 22nd July 1992. As a kid, she loved dancing and acting. Since her childhood, she dreamt of becoming an actress. In 2016, Akshaya's dream came true when she featured in the film Marudhu (2016). A lot of the credit of her success goes to her aunt, who helped her to settle in the industry after Akshaya completed her studies from Mumbai.
